Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Yuva services. By using them, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Purpose

Yuva provides a monitoring, security and peace-of-mind service for families, individuals and organisations.

2. Access to the service

Access to Yuva is granted by invitation or once an access request has been approved. We reserve the right to accept or decline any request at our discretion, without giving reasons.

3. Account and circle of trust

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Adding someone to your circle requires their consent, and you agree to use the service only in a way that respects the people it involves.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, for harassment or for non-consensual surveillance. Any breach may lead to immediate suspension of your account.

5. Subscription

Pricing is set out when you sign up. Unless stated otherwise, your subscription renews automatically.

6. Liability

Yuva takes reasonable steps to keep the service running reliably, but cannot guarantee that it will never be interrupted. We accept no liability for any use that does not comply with these terms.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your member area. We may terminate or suspend access if these terms are breached.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
