Care Operations Analyst

The mission
Within the Care Operations team, you support our members day to day and make sure the service keeps its promise of peace of mind. You're their first point of contact, and often the one who makes the difference.
Your responsibilities
- Answer families' requests and put their minds at ease, with tact and care.
- Work through assistance tickets: locate a loved one, verify an alert, consolidate a care profile.
- Keep our members' data accurate and complete.
- Flag any anomaly or at-risk situation internally, without delay.
Your profile
- Empathy and composure, even when things get urgent.
- Rigour, an eye for detail and absolute discretion.
- At ease with digital tools and with sifting through information.
